The Diamond Glaze it’s a ready-to-use glaze for cold applications. Designed to be applied on cakes, entremets & pastries such as mousses, cheesecakes, bavarois, … where an Hot Glazes cannot be used.
This Glaze will give higher transparency and perfect shiny mirror effect to your production. While delivering bubble free and smooth texture. It can be applied with both a palette knife or a brush on fresh fruit for instance.
It can also be used as a basis for special effects preparations such as marble glaze.

HOW TO USE
This is a convenient, ready-to-use product. Simply lightly stir the product before using it, either spreading it onto flat surfaces with a palette knife or applying it to fresh fruit with a brush. In this last case, we advise a cold dilution with 5-10% water.
