The Crystal Glaze, is part of our Hot Glazes range. It provides full coverage on all shapes.
Ready-to-use after heating it to a temperature of 45-50°C/113-122°F, without adding water.
It can be used on many applications such as as the perfect cake finish ! This glaze is also bubble free and has a smooth texture.

How to use
Just bring the glaze to a temperature of 40-50°C/113-122°F. Gently stir to avoid air bubbles. Pour the glaze on the pastry or dip. Let it set in the fridge and keep refrigerated. A large range of pastry shapes can be covered with this Hot Glaze and simple technique.
