The Crystal Glaze it’s The Solution

We created this hot glaze to provides full coverage on all shapes. The product is ready to use after heating it to a temperature of 45-50°C, without adding water. Stir gently to avoid air bubbles. Pour it over the pastry and store in the refrigerator to reach a quicker setting. The Crystal Glaze allows full coverage on a large range of pastry shapes. Like other Bakbel glazes, it is transparent, shiny, easy to use, freeze/thaw stable and holds well after application.

Also the glaze is pumpable, and can be adapted to be used as a spray or in a coating machine on production lines.

Varieties available: neutral, caramel, chocolate. Available in all kind of packaging (from 2Kg pail and up to 1m³ IBC’s). Long shelf-life : 24 months.
